Privacy Policy
The ORILIX website at orilix.dev and www.orilix.dev has no contact forms, registration, or personal account. This page describes data that may be processed when you visit the site or email us.
1. Scope
This policy applies to the ORILIX website at orilix.dev and www.orilix.dev: the home page, the Platforms section, this page, and related files. Game-specific processing is described on /games/…/privacy.html. Store links lead to third-party services with their own policies.

3. Data we process
When you visit the site, the following data may be processed automatically:
- IP address, date and time, page URL, referrer, browser type, operating system, device information, and other technical HTTP parameters;
- hosting and edge transit logs (access, errors, diagnostics) according to provider settings;
- aggregated technical visit and performance data collected by Cloudflare Web Analytics (cookieless; the product does not use cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting for this analytics);
- language and theme choices stored in browser localStorage;
- your privacy choice (accepted or rejected) and policy version in browser localStorage.
If you email info@orilix.dev, we process the sender address, message text, attachments (if any), and standard headers only to respond.
4. Purposes of processing
- operating, securing, and diagnosing the site (hosting and logs);
- aggregated traffic and performance measurement (Cloudflare Web Analytics);
- replying to email.
5. Legal grounds
Processing is assessed under the Law of the Republic of Armenia HO-49-N on Protection of Personal Data. Site operation and logs rely on the controller’s legitimate interests where applicable. Cloudflare Web Analytics supports understanding site use in aggregated form. Email replies rely on your initiative and/or legitimate interest in responding. We do not claim EU adequacy for Armenia.

The site is served through Cloudflare’s global network. Inbound email is handled via SpaceWeb MX. Some requests may be processed outside Armenia. We do not state that any country offers an adequate level of protection equivalent to Armenia or the EU.

- request correction, restriction, or deletion where the law provides;
- object to processing based on legitimate interests where applicable;
- complain to the authorised body under HO-49-N.

We apply reasonable organizational and technical measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS). Absolute security is not guaranteed.
11. Analytics
This site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics. According to Cloudflare’s product documentation, it collects aggregated technical visit and performance data without using cookies, localStorage, or fingerprinting for that analytics product. It is not used to build individual profiles on this site.
12. Children
The site is not aimed specifically at children, and ORILIX does not ask for age. Technical logs may still be created on any visit. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child sent us personal data, email info@orilix.dev.
13. Privacy choice storage
If you make a privacy choice on this site, it is stored only in browser localStorage: policy version, analytics configuration version, your choice, and a timestamp. It is not an analytics identifier and is not transmitted to servers.
14. Changes to this policy
The current version is published on this page with the date of the last update. If the policy or analytics configuration version changes, your previous choice is reset.
